This is determined by a number of things - including rules set forth by our partners that they ask us to follow, large items that require special handling, fragile items that require special packaging and so forth.

We offer free shipping on most orders over $39. Certain brands tell us that we have to charge shipping, and you can read about those brands below. For the ones that leave it up to us, we cover the cost for you. Here are the brands that we'll ship for free, as long as the order total is over $39。

Returns + Exchanges
Nobody likes to return stuff, which is why we make our return policy easy to understand. You don't have hoops to jump through, and we don't beat you up about giving us back something you don't like.

There are a couple of things you need to remember in order to be eligible for a return. You must have the original packaging. The product must be in new and unused condition. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If you meet those three criteria, you can return your order.
